👉 Even if you have opened the package for inspection or performed a simple test, you can apply for a return as long as the product remains in basic condition.

The item shows no signs of severe use (e.g., obvious wear, damage, stains, etc.)

All accessories are complete (e.g., tent poles, storage bags, instruction manual, etc.)

Non-customized items (customized products do not support returns without reason)
